We are looking for an experienced, dynamic and ambitious Marketing Lead, who is a specialist in B2B marketing. Are you a strong marketing profile who loves to execute at high speed without compromising quality. Then maybe you are the one we are looking for.
As Marketing Lead at NORRIQ, you will develop, implement and optimize our marketing strategy and activities in the Benelux region across our entire business, covering ERP, CRM, Business Intelligence, and e-commerce. You are passionate about B2B marketing and have worked with the discipline for a number of years. You feel ready to take the full responsibility for the marketing function as Marketing Lead.
You know that marketing is ultimately about creating sales results - and that motivates you tremendously. You also know that one cannot compromise on quality and that being very busy is a constant in a marketing function. But you also understand the importance of having fun with your colleagues at the same time.
Preferably you have experience with marketing of business software solutions. You are hands-on oriented, and of course you have in-depth experience with all disciplines within the B2B marketing mix. From Account Based Marketing to Dialogue Marketing. Furthermore, you have a strong digital mindset. You take ownership of the marketing strategy and plan for the BeNeLux, however, you also enjoy working operationally. You work efficiently, and think it is fun to drive many projects at the same time.
You will join a competent and ambitious international marketing organization and refer to NORRIQ's General Manager. You define the overall marketing plan and make sure it gets executed in the right way. In doing so, you work closely together with your two marketing and communication colleagues, and make sure you guide and coach them in the right direction.
In the job of Marketing Lead you will work with both inbound and outbound marketing. Among other things, your responsibilities are:
Creation and definition of the overall marketing plan for NORRIQ BeNeLux
Guide and coach the marketing team (team of 2, focused on (digital)
Advice and sparring for our salespeople
Reporting of results
Performing marketing tasks like:
Maintenance and optimization of digital platforms
Preparation of landing pages for campaigns
Preparation of campaign material
Setting up and optimizing Facebook and LinkedIn advertising
Ongoing maintenance of search engine optimization and Google Ads
Preparation and distribution of newsletters
Develop and implement webinars and seminars
Marketing expert with experience in B2B IT related products or services
Strong digital profile
Pragmatic hands-on approach
In-depth experience with CMS, CRM and Marketing Automation
Very effective team player and contributor
Strong writing skills
Excellent English skills
